Laura Likes green

Laura really loved green.

Her nails were green, her kitchen was green, her hair had even been conifer, cactus and on one frightful occasion, β€œStudio Bossβ€œ highlighter green.

Her diet too, was mostly plant based. Not an ethical stance you understand, but you try eating green sausages. No thanks!

Laura’s love of her allotment was known throughout the neighbourhood, and people would often comment on her green fingers. This, of course, was no mere metaphor. Laura spent so much time gardening, growing and cajoling cabbages, and spring greens into life that her fingertips had taken on quite an unnatural hue.

Reminds me of flamingos – not pink, but turn that colour because of what they eat. Delightful tale.

I grew some beetroot once. You should have seen my fingertips after I harvested them – and for the next week!

Don’t bash green sausages. Have you tried them in a park? Have you tried them in the dark? Have you tried them in a car? Have you had them in a bar?

    Dear Mr. B.

I think Laura’s obsession with green supersedes mine with purple. Entertaining story and read.

    Shalom,

Perfect background music for the curious case of green Laura. Really makes me wonder what’s going on with her. So deliciously creepy!
