Walking

It’s easy to forget the importance of going for a walk. Not only is it important exercise, but it can be fulfilling for mental health too. Open your eyes and take it all in.

Having been locked down with a bout of the ol’ covids the last 10 days it’s been a struggle to warrant heading out of the house on grounds of “just going for a walk”. We knew we had a positive test within the household and we wanted to keep it there. We’re out of the woods now, and I can’t wait to get out for a long walk this weekend.
