Joanna and Claire were inseparable.

โMud Pie with a side order of sticky leaves, maโam,โ Joanna would announce.
โNeeds more slug trails,โ Claire would reply.
Today, their restaurant โThe Duck and the Plumโ regularly features in the Michelin Guide, with Jay Rayner declaring the Mystery Meat Pie with sautรฉd stinging nettles โa crazy culinary triumphโ.
