Martin Travels to Ikea

Time travel is not an exact science. That’s what the poster said on the canteen wall. I think it was supposed to be funny.

I’m surprised nobody had taken it down by now.

One errant digit. One minute miscalculation and there would be serious consequences.

Take Martin for instance. He’d supposed to have arrived in the stock room of an Ikea, but instead ended up in the carpark just as someone was reversing out of a spot. 

BLAM. Flat-packed Martin. 

“He came out of nowhere,” protested the driver.

Obviously that’s not quite true. The future is always around the corner.
